Aquarium cast and description:

Naoka Uchiyama-A young girl who is deeply saddened that she did not make it into her first-choice high school. For her quiet moments, she spends time at the local aquarium observing the ocean's life in contrast to her own.

Haruki Usami-A handsome young man who visits the aquarium as often as Naoka. He befriends Naoka after seeing her quite lonely and depressed.

Ms.Uchiyama-Naoka's mom who cares deeply for her daughter and is more emotionally connected to Naoka than Naoka tends to believe.

Mie-Naoka's energetic friend who had made it into her first choice high school. She calls Naoka often and wants to get together with her, but Naoka's depression keeps her away from society.

Kanan-A young lady who attends Naoka's high school. At first, she seems a bit loud and pushy, but as the story goes on, Naoka befriends her.

Mari-Another one of Naoka's classmates who is hopelessly in love with Haruki Usami.
